Twenty-nine sites, all with full hookups.
Pull-through and back-in, 30 and 50 amp, for rigs up to 45 feet. Nightly, weekly, monthly and seasonal.
Choosing a site
Which one to ask for.
Arrive and level
No backing required. The easiest option if you are arriving late or driving a long rig.
Under the oaks
Back-in sites through most of the park, with real shade and space between neighbours.
By the water
The largest sites, nearest the pond. These take the longest trailers and full-size RVs.
Stay the winter
Long-stay rates for snowbirds. These book earliest — call well before the season.
The practical detail
What is at the post.
Every site is a full hookup site. There are no partial-service sites at The Oaks.
- Water and sewer at every site No shared dump run at the end of a stay.

- WiFi and cable included Not billed separately, not a resort fee.
- Rigs up to 40 feet We are no longer able to take anything longer than 40 feet.
Rates
We would rather quote you than post a number that goes stale.
Rates vary by site type and length of stay, and the seasonal rate is very different from a single night in July. Third-party listing sites carry old numbers.
